The author here. A note regarding the relative positions on the baffle of the waveguide tweeter and the woofer. We chose a position near the top of the cabinet for the waveguide hole because it incorporated the existing tweeter hole. This is not necessarily the ideal position for technical reasons. There are performance advantages to having the waveguide and woofer as close together as possible. With an Advent cabinet this means figuring a spot for the waveguide hole that positions it's rim right up against the rim of the woofer. After you cut this hole you can use some of the cut out material to patch and fill the old tweeter hole. Just cut a piece of material that will fit fairly closely, tape it in from the back and epoxy it in place. Then after it dries trim the lower edge and sand flat.
Closer positioning of the drivers results in a somewhat taller forward 'lobe' in which the woofer and tweeter outputs in the crossover region (1600 hz) are coincident and do not cancel. This matters only at listening angles that are substantially below of above the tweeter center line.

Thanks for letting me know. I don't know why that website is no longer responsive. If Audio Atlanta remains unavailable as a supplier, I recommend Parts Express as an alternate. The sell driver refoaming kits. They also have speaker rebuild services. parts
Express is also the source of most of the crossover components used in this build.
